My summer started with two internships and me turning 21 soon in August. I got extremely lucky to have two internships for the summer and I have been working hard for both for over almost three months now. I have learned a few things and I am making my mark within the companies.

I currently have filmed for Long Beach Blues Society a few interviews and a school assembly to put together for a mission statement video to gather more members. For WWMPC I have been making trailers in hopes that one will be on tv, or maybe the history channel or veterans channel. I still want to learn more and I am continuing to expand my skills.

My coworker for World Wide has given me a little lesson on Photoshop which really help me with some of the basics I was lacking. Using what I was taught I used my photos and some online to create my very first “nice” photo. Here is my cat with Dinos!!

My goals for the Long beach Blues Society is create more material to help promote their services and their New Blues Festival.  As for WWMPC, my goal is to learn more about electronic press release and more about how we get contracts for rights to a film.

As for the rest of the summer, I am also traveling to New Orleans for my birthday and will be posting pictures of my time there. I am really looking forward to this trip.
